Flashings Gutters and Downpipes
Flashings are essential for any building’s functionality. They are used to direct water away from certain areas, improve heat and sound insulation and create a finished product. It’s a crucial roofing finish that every roof needs to have.
Whether you require simple flashings or a complicated bespoke fabrication, we have an uncompromising approach to quality and precision. At Hollyberry Roofing, flashings can be manufactured accurately to all standard and custom profiles, across a variety of thicknesses, materials and finishes to suit the project requirements. We can install flashings on new buildings or during the revamp existing buildings.
For gutters and downpipes, the same principle is applied. Gutters are bent in any custom size, colour and thickness to meet the requirements of the project engineers to ensure the correct rainwater removal from the roof of a building. Downpipes can also be made in custom or standard sizes, colour or thickness as required by the project.
Thermal Insulation
The National Building Regulations SANS 10400-XA, makes it mandatory for all occupied building to comply to the Energy Efficiency Regulations.
